Since BN has high thermal resistance (in inert gas 2800 ° C without softening), high thermal conductivity (and, like iron), low thermal expansion coefficient (a very good thermal shock resistance), excellent electrical properties (a ceramic the best high temperature insulation materials), and easy processing performance and other characteristics make it applicable to rapid heating of the equipment needs, such as:
1. Graphite heating electrode casing - for high-temperature vacuum tube furnace graphite electrodes, characteristics: High temperature, high temperature insulation, thermal shock, arc resistance, long life, maintenance-free!
2. Nitride insulator - for high temperature vacuum furnaces and heating wall will separate the graphite electrodes, graphite electrodes are not heated to ensure that short wall; Characteristics: High temperature resistance, good insulation, thermal shock resistance, arc good, long life!
