Motor overcurrent is affected by voltage and power.
1. The impeller speed of the submersible pump decreases, the flow rate becomes smaller, and the water pressure decreases;
2. If the head of deep well pump is too high or too low, it will cause overload;
3. The product of flow and water pressure is directly proportional to the power of the load. When the pump fails, the resistance to pressure rise increases and the current rises;
4. Motor overload causes overcurrent, otherwise overflow will cause overcurrent;
5. When the submersible pump exceeds the rated pressure, it will cause the pressure of the water pump to produce a reaction force on the motor.
