Product Description

YVF variable frequency motor is a special three-phase asynchronous motor for frequency conversion and speed regulation combined with motor frequency converter. It can realize stepless speed regulation in the range of 150-2750rpm. It is the ideal power for equipment with wide range of stepless speed regulation.
      Electromagnetic design of YVF variable frequency motor for ordinary asynchronous motor, the  performance parameters considered in redesign are overload capacity, starting performance, efficiency and power factor. As the critical slip is inversely proportional to the power frequency, the variable frequency motor can be started directly when the critical slip is close to 1. Therefore, the overload capacity and starting performance need not be considered too much, but the key problem to be solved is how to improve the of the motor to non sinusoidal power supply. The methods are as follows: 1. Reduce the resistance of stator and rotor as much as possible. Reducing the stator resistance can reduce the fundamental copper loss to make up for the increase of copper loss caused by higher harmonics. 2. For the higher harmonic in the current, the inductance of the motor should be increased appropriately. However, the rotor slot leakage reactance is larger, the skin effect is also large, and the high harmonic copper loss is also increased. Therefore, the magnitude of leakage reactance should take into account the rationality of impedance matching in the whole speed regulation range. 3. The magnetic circuit of variable frequency motor is generally designed as unsaturated state. One is to consider that the higher harmonic will deepen the saturation of magnetic circuit; the other is to properly increase the output voltage of frequency converter in order to improve the output torque at low frequency.
