1. Technological parameter
Be cooled equipment: 8T, 4000KW medium frequency induction steel shell furnace, quantity 1 set (furnace body one to smelt and another to standby), wet-bulb temperature is 29ºC.
Cooling project: It adopt 1 set opening cooling tower to power, 1 set opening cooling tower to furnace body
Capacity of cooling water of power is 50T/h, cooling temperature is 42ºC-35ºC
Type crosscurrent HLC-80 cooling tower 1 set
Capacity of cooling water of furnace body is 70T/h, cooling temperature is 55ºC-35ºC, wet-bulb temperature is 29ºC.
Type crosscurrent HLG-150 cooling tower 1 set
2.Lead time: 30 days
Payment way: 30% advance payment, 70 payment paid before date of shipment or by L/C (opening bank need international famous bank)
Management Installation : Installation < 5 days engineers (free of charge)(we consider send 3 engineers to your factory) , ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS will be paid by buyer .Totally overse charges paid by buyer.
If need Debugging >5 days , the buyer shall compensate the experts at USD 150 per day for delaying time per engineer. The seller should be responsible for the scene testing; After normal melting the seller should be responsible to guarantee repair or change of the faulty components in 6 months
