YJ600-9+1 roller cantilever steel straightening machine introduction
I. The function of the device
YJ600-9+1 roller cantilever type steel straightening machine is special straightening equipment for non-straight steel (round steel, square steel, angle steel, steel rail, channel steel, I-beam, flat steel, ball flat steel, H-shaped steel, etc.) .

II. The principle of equipment straightening
When the profile is passed through a certain hole-shaped and staggered roller, it undergoes repeated elasto-plastic bending deformation, eliminating the original curvature and making the profile steel straight.

III. Features of the equipment
1. The straightening machine is in the form of a cantilever-type press, and the roll change is quick and easy.
2. The structure of the leveler, the distribution of the roller shaft transmission of the leveler and the one-piece type of the host, and the lower roller shaft gear distribution part is a sealed design to prevent the wear of the oxide scale to cause gear wear and reduce the loss of lubricating oil. The deceleration part adopts an external hardened gear reducer, which has a compact structure and a small footprint.
3. The straighteners are all supported by rolling bearings, with low friction coefficient, stable performance and high straightening accuracy.
4. In terms of operation adjustment, the upper and lower roller shafts of the leveler have an axial electric adjustment mechanism, and the upper roller shaft has a lifting and electric adjustment mechanism.
5. The YJ600 straightener roller shaft part is lubricated with dry oil; the lower roller shaft distribution part and gearbox part are circulated with thin oil lubrication.

V) The above electric furnace voltage levels are 380V, 690V and 950/1000V, and the frequency is 50HZ. If the user equipment requirements are different from the above voltage levels and frequencies, each item needs to be increased by 15000USD.
