Equipment operation process description:
1. Automatic loading material part:
The head of automatic loading material should be on the 00 line, loading material mechanism according to PLC technology instruction, automatically put the material from 00 line to feeding material platform. 
2. Automatic feeding material part:
When automatic feeding material mechanism according to PLC technology instruction, send the rod material to feeding cylinder head, then by feeding cylinder put the material into induction furnace to heat.
3. Automatic temperature control part and discharging material part
When rod material in the furnace heating, the temperature reaches the set value , medium frequency power supply power automatic fall to keep the rod material in constant temperature, when the setting time finished, the inlet began feeding the material, discharging material wheel began to turn, putting the heated workpiece to the forging machine entrance, to complete a work cycle.
Equipment operation is controlled by the PLC programming, no need full-time operating personnel.
