Transformer structural requirements |
Transformer oil: insulation oil of transformer is 25# transformer oil.
Iron Core:
The iron core is made of high quality magnetic cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with full oblique joints at 45 degrees. The surface of the iron core is sealed with special resin, resistant to moisture and stainless steel. The core lamination adopts the latest step lamination method to reduce the no-load loss and no-load current.
Winding:
The high and low voltage winding of the transformer is made of high quality material, which makes the winding ampere-turns balanced, has strong resistance to short circuit, and reduces the eddy current loss of the winding. |
Operation principle |
High pressure of 35 KV, D connection, low voltage is 4 x 1.0 KV, using two groups of yanbian delta connection, in addition, respectively is the delta connection and Y connection to phase shifting transformer rectifier, yanbian triangle phase-shifting Angle of plus or minus 15 degrees, a 24-pulse rectifier transformer combination, if delta connection and low voltage transformer used Y connection to use, can be composed of 12 pulse wave, two groups of yanbian delta connection can also be used 12 pulse, low pressure 4 set of coils can be used at the same time run 24 pulse wave respectively. |
Classification:
1. By phases:
1) Single-phase transformer: for single-phase load and three-phase transformer group.
2) Three-phase transformer: used for raising and lowering voltage of three-phase system.
2. According to the cooling mode:
1) Dry-type transformer: natural cooling or fan cooling by air convection, mostly used in high-rise buildings, high-speed toll stations, local lighting, electronic circuits and other small capacity transformers.
2) Oil-immersed transformer: relying on oil as cooling medium, such as oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air-cooling, oil-immersed water-cooling, forced oil circulation, etc.
3. By use:
1) Power transformer: used for the rise and fall voltage of power transmission and distribution system.
2) Instrument transformer: such as voltage transformer, current transformer, measuring instrument and relay protection device.
3) Test transformer: can produce high voltage, high voltage test for electrical equipment.
4) Special transformers, such as furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, adjusting transformers, capacitive transformers, phase-shifting transformers, etc.
4. According to winding form:
1) Double-winding transformer: used to connect two voltage levels in power system.
2) Three-winding transformer: It is commonly used in regional substation of power system to connect three voltage levels.
3) Autotransformer: A power system for connecting different voltages. It can also be used as a common boost or drop transformer.
5. According to the form of iron core:
1) Core transformer: power transformer for high voltage.
2) Amorphous alloy transformer: Amorphous alloy iron core transformer is a new type of magnetic conductive material. Its no-load current decreases by about 80%. It is an ideal distribution transformer with energy-saving effect. It is especially suitable for low load ratio areas such as rural power grid and developing areas.
3) Shell transformer: special transformer for large current, such as furnace transformer, welding transformer, or power transformer for electronic instruments, television, radio, etc.
