1. The structure of the motor for deep well pump is: the water pump is in the water, the motor is on the ground, and the two are connected by a long shaft, so it is also commonly known as "long shaft pump motor". The model of the motor is YLB. If both the motor and the water pump are in the water, it is called a submersible motor or submersible pump, and the model of this motor is YQS.
2. When measuring the insulation resistance of the submersible motor, one end of the megohmmeter should be connected to the winding, and the other end of the megohmmeter should be connected to the motor casing or water. When connecting the megohmmeter, pay attention to remove the rust spots to make the connection good; if the water pipe is made of other materials, then the lead wire of the megohmmeter must be lengthened, and a heavy object should be tied into the water.
3. The insulation resistance value measured above is generally higher than 150 megohms. But at different temperatures, its insulation resistance value is different, so in the national standard "GB/T2818-2002 Submersible Asynchronous Motors for Wells", its correction value is specified. There are several reasons why the deep well pump motor cannot turn on the water:
1. The water in the well is too deep, and the pump is exposed outside.
2. The well is dry.
3. The pump is not placed in the well.
4. The starting capacitor of the pump is broken and the speed is not enough.
5. The impeller of the pump is blocked by sand or worn out.
6. If the seal of the pump is broken, negative pressure cannot be formed in the pump.
7. The well is too deep to exceed the head of the pump.
