Product Description

        Cast iron machine is the equipment for continuous casting of iron blocks with molten iron. Its process is that locomotive transports molten iron tanker or mixer truck loaded with molten iron from blast furnace to cast iron machine workshop via railway locomotive or automobile. The molten iron tank is tipped over by tipping mechanism. The molten iron flows into cast iron machine mould through molten iron trough, and the cast iron machine mould filled with molten iron is driven by chain belt. In the process of transportation, cooling water is sprayed on the crusted iron block to speed up the cooling of the iron block; the iron block falls off at the starwheel of the machine head and is transported out by chute into the truck; individual iron blocks that are not easy to fall off are cleaned up by the picking device, so that when the chain belt returns, the iron block falls off easily. The mold is continuously injected into the cast iron mold during the operation of the casting machine.


    Eight Characteristics:

       (1) Provide a complete set of Mechatronics equipment. The motor adopts three-phase AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, which can speed the chain belt operation with poleless variable frequency.
       (2) cast iron mold adopts special alloy cast steel, the average single-mode iron content is 100~160 tons / block.
       (3) The chain plate is equipped with a wear-resistant sleeve, which is positioned by the sleeve and is not easy to fall off. The wear-resistant sleeve and the transmission shaft are easily replaced after wear, thus prolonging the service life of the chain plate.
       (4) The supporting rollers are arranged in accordance with certain rules to ensure the smooth operation of the chain belt; the shaft end is designed with a dust-proof structure to prevent dust impurities from entering the bearing and ensure the normal operation of the rollers.
      (5) the design of main and slave wheels is reasonable, and the installation and adjustment are adopted.
      (6) Buffer anti-splash chute is used to reduce the splash loss of molten iron and increase the yield of molten iron.
      (7) Back-leaching method is adopted for cooling. The water flow is not directly sprayed on the rigid crust iron block. The cooling radiation surface is large, the temperature of iron block drops rapidly, and the production efficiency is high.
      (8) It is equipped with a picking device, which can automatically clean the iron blocks which are not easy to fall off by itself, without damaging the cast iron mould, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, reduce the phenomenon of sticking iron and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.

     Three main types of cast iron machines:
     (1) double chain belt roller fixed cast iron machine suitable for large and medium-sized blast furnace matching equipment;
     (2) double chain belt roller mobile cast iron machine suitable for medium and small blast furnace matching equipment;
    (3) double chain belt roller mobile cantilever cast iron machine is suitable for medium and small blast furnace matching equipment.

(1) GW - means medium frequency induction furnace, - 1 - means induction furnace capacity of 1 ton, - 500 - means furnace rated power of 500 KW, / 1 - means furnace operating frequency of 1000 Hz, / 0.5 - means melting furnace frequency of 500 Hz, - J - means hydraulic tilting furnace (furnace shell is steel shell), - JJ - means mechanical tilting furnace. (the shell of the furnace is aluminum alloy).

(2) The above quoted price is for routine configuration. Other configurations can be added, such as leak alarm, water temperature alarm, furnace switch, cover mechanism, lining ejector and transformer, cooling device (open and close cooling tower, closed cooling tower, plate heat exchanger)

3) If necessary, send technicians to carry out the commissioning: the domestic section is free; the overseas section travel expenses, accommodation and food are borne by the user and each person is subsidized 150 US dollars per day.

4) I quote EX-W at a price including simple packing, including shipping charges to Shanghai port area and all inland charges in China.

V) The above electric furnace voltage levels are 380V, 690V and 950/1000V, and the frequency is 50HZ. If the user equipment requirements are different from the above voltage levels and frequencies, each item needs to be increased by 15000USD.
