4, the operation process
1. Start the hydraulic system, open the mold, and lay the diversion refractory material. Requirements: Refractory bricks are laid flat and seamless, and kept at a level with the base; each group (4 holes) is aligned with a set of molds. (Figure 1)
After laying the refractory bricks, use an air gun to blow out the garbage inside the bricks. (Figure 2)
2. Clamp the mold and lock the safety. (Picture 3) and check whether the locking cylinder is working properly.
3. Close the mold and place the high temperature riser. Start the cooling system.
4. Product pouring. During the pouring process, the locking cylinder must remain in working condition. (Figure 4)
5. The pouring product is crystallized. Open the insurance, split the mold to lift out the poured product. (Figure 5)
