1.1  Applications
LF-series ladle refining furnace is used for refining of the molten metal in conjunction with the primary melting furnace, such as arc furnace, converter or induction furnace. It possesses the various metallurgical functions of arc heating, argon blow stirring, temperature measuring and sampling and alloying, etc. It is a critical secondary steelmaking facility for high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel and stainless steel, and so it could meet the requirements of continuous casting, rolling and ingot production.
 
1.2  This ladle refining furnace is applicable to the following operating conditions:
1.2.1  Altitude shall not 2,000m;
1.2.2  Ambient temperature: 0ºC ~ 40ºC;
1.2.3  Relative humidity shall not exceed 90% (25ºC);
1.2.4  Free of conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas around the furnace;
1.2.5  No evident vibration or bumps;

3. Self-provide parts by customer
3.1 Electrode and its connector;
3.2 Ladle hanger and sliding gate;
3.3 Refractory material and making lining;
3.4 Hydraulic system working media (water-glycol),water,compressed air and argon.
3.5 Civil engineering, and the track of ladle car,pre-lay unit and screw of equipment's foundation;
3.6 The connecting pipes and lines for hydraulic oil,cooling water,argon and electric;
3.7 To import high voltage power supply to the input terminal of high voltage switch cabinet and furnace transformer by cable or copper plate, to buy,lay and test the connecting cable (copper plate), it will be borne by the buyer.
3.8 To import low voltage power supply to the input terminal of low voltage control cabinet, and ensure that its phase rotation and ground protection are correct, as well as the connecting lines that between the control cabinets and from the output terminal of control cabinet to the connection point of the equipment, it will be borne by the buyer.
 
4. Customer service: All the costs of seller's experts go and work at abroad for return air tickets, accommodation and meals, will be borne by the buyer. The buyer shall compensate the experts at USD 150 per engineer per day for debugging period. After normal operation the seller should be responsible to guarantee repair or change of the faulty components in 6 months, such as master control board, reactor, compensate capacitor, hydraulic device, breaker, and furnace shell (except for lining break through, stoppage or shortage of cooling water supply for components).
 
5. Team of payment: 40% advance payment by T/T, 60% balance payment by T/T before date of shipment.
     Induction furnace is used for smelting or insulating ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, sponge iron, such as scrap iron, scrap steel, copper, aluminum and so on. Complete working equipment such as continuous casting machine, rolling mill, mainly used for the production of billet, steel bar, angle steel, H-beam, I-beam, etc. Using KGPS, IGBT, single or double power supply technology, PLC (Siemens) can be realized throughout the monitoring.
 
       Main supply list: 2 sets of electric furnace body, 2 sets of hydraulic or mechanical tilting electric furnace mechanism, 1 set of control platform, 1 set of intermediate frequency control cabinet (6 pulse 1, 12 pulse 2, 24 pulse 4), low voltage control cabinet (6 pulse 1, 12 pulse 2, 24 pulse 4), 1 set of capacitor cabinet, 4 or 8 water-cooled cables; 1 water temperature alarm, 1 leakage alarm; 1 crucible mold, 1 liquid One batch of pressure steel pipe, one set of copper row, three water tanks. (2) The above quoted price is for routine configuration. Other configurations can be added, such as leak alarm, water temperature alarm, furnace switch, cover mechanism, lining ejector and transformer, cooling device (open and close cooling tower, closed cooling tower, plate heat exchanger)

3) If necessary, send technicians to carry out the commissioning: the domestic section is free; the overseas section travel expenses, accommodation and food are borne by the user and each person is subsidized 150 US dollars per day.

4) I quote EX-W at a price including simple packing, including shipping charges to Shanghai port area and all inland charges in China.

V) The above electric furnace voltage levels are 380V, 690V and 950/1000V, and the frequency is 50HZ. If the user equipment requirements are different from the above voltage levels and frequencies, each item needs to be increased by 15000USD.
