Z86f series core shooter is vertical parting core shooter and its shape. The whole machine is mainly composed of four parts.
1. Column parts: the upper frame of the equipment is mainly composed of beams and columns. The crossbeam is equipped with sand cylinder, sand hopper, sand valve components, compression cylinder and other components to form the sand supply and air supply system for core making.
2. Sand injection device: it consists of sand cylinder, air valve, sand cylinder frame, injection head, sand injection plate and other components. During operation, the sand cylinder is pressed on the upper plane of the core box by the pressing cylinder, and the sand injection valve is opened for sand injection. After the completion of sand blasting, loosen the compression cylinder (return to the original position) to complete sand blasting and sand adding.
3. Mold base parts: mainly composed of moving template, left and right support plates and guide pillars, guide sleeve, ejector pin, mold cylinder and other parts.
3.1 the whole mold base is installed on the base by left and right support plates.
3.2 the moving formwork moves left and right along the guide post under the pushing and pulling of the closing die to complete the core making process of the closing and opening die. When the movable formwork is opened, the sand core on the top core plate is ejected from the top bar on the fixed formwork, which can be easily taken out by hand.
3.3 base: the support, mold base, column, electric control box, solenoid valve, etc. of the whole equipment are installed on it.
