Product Description

It is integrated production line which produces round steel, rebar, square steel, flat steel, angle steel.

Technology Program:
Using billet: Casting billet 80 square , 100 square and 120 square, the length of billet is from 16m to 2.2m;
Rolled Products: Round steel, rebar, with the diameter fromφ9 toφ32, the length of finished product is from 6m to 12m, flat steel thickness range from 5mm to 200mm, the length range from 
6m to 9m, the thickness of angle steel with the mode of 40×40, 50×50, 63×63 range from 3 to 8, the length is from 6m to 9m

Production process: billet size and length of the casting machine depends on rolled products size, hot billet into the continuous heating furnace to warm- tapping machine from outside- furnace delivery table conveying to the roughing mill to feed steel roller- roughing mill- automatic rolling for 5-7 times-cutting head, section- 350 mill continuous rolling for six times- fly shearing head- continuous rolling for 2-6 times- Finished products accelerating roller conveyor- stepping cooling bed automatic cooling- certain length cold shearing machine cut off- straightening machines straighten- put it in order and tie it into bundles.

Production scale: According to the amount of investment and electricity supply condition, annual production is about ranging from 60,000 ton to 200,000ton,or even 300,000 ton, related with product specification and motor power.

Features of electric furnace dust removal system:

Induction furnace is used for smelting or insulating ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, sponge iron, such as scrap iron, scrap steel, copper, aluminum and so on. 1.Product principle and Application

The crushing production line uses the principle of hammering. Under the drive of a high-speedand high-torque motor, the hammers on the host rotor take turns to hit the objects to be crushed in

the cavity. Through the space formed between the liner and the hammers, After the crushed object

is torn into a crushed object conforming to the specifications, a high-quality crushed material with

high purity can be obtained under the action of a magnetic device.

This production line is used to process waste car body, tinplate, household appliances,

bicycles, empty cans and other lower scraps to make it into a superior steel making raw material.

The machine continuously crushes, removes the coating film, increases the specific gravity of the

volume, prevents the electric furnace from exploding, and improves the water output rate under

certain conditions.
