High voltage DC motor (hereinafter referred to as electric motors) can be widely used in metallurgy, machine tools, papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, railways and other industrial transportation sectors. This series motor can replace imported products, and its technical performance complies with JB/T6316-92 (technical conditions for Z4 series DC motors) and also complies with the International Electrotechnical Commission's IEC standards.

The use and maintenance:
→After unpacking the motor, check the external condition firstly, whether there is any drop, collision, rain, etc., and whether the matching parts of the motor (tacho machine, encoder, brake, cooler, fan, etc.) are complete and intact.
→Mechanical inspection, check whether the fasteners are tightened, turn the armature by hand to check whether it is blocked, there is sound of impact and friction.
→Open the cover or shutters of the commutator end to check whether there is pollution, moisture, or rust on the surface of the commutator, and check whether the brushes are in good condition.
→Check the insulation resistance. When the insulation resistance of the winding to the casing is less than 1 megohm under indoor temperature, the motor must be dried.
→When there is no problem in the high voltage DC motor inspection, adjust and install according to the above requirements, and check whether the wiring of the motor accessories is correct, and whether the grounding wire is well connected, safe and reliable.
